The Power of Acceptance Meditation (6 minutes)
This meditation is set to beautiful, relaxing, delta-wave background music that guides us to the practice of accepting our truth as it is without denying what we feel. Often times when feelings become uncomfortable, we have learned to push them away or deny they even exist, sometimes causing us to act out toward others, become sick or create situations we didn’t intend. However as we accept our emotions as they are, we can make better choices that will support our health and wellbeing, and reclaim emotional balance and inner peace.
I love this mediation because it doesn’t require a lot of time; only 6-minutes of focused intention to become present, acknowledge and accept our truth or the truth of others, simply as it is. It’s always amazing to me how liberating this feels. When you complete this meditation you too can begin to feel the spaciousness and freedom of the power of acceptance.
